ANNEX – Toronto Police 14 Division officials report that an arrest has been made in the murder case of Sebastien Herrera.

Herrera was gunned down behind a popular hangout spot in the Bloor and Brunswick area of the Annex on July 25. It appears he was a victim of a robbery.

Police had issued an arrest warrant for 28-year-old Jeffrey Larsen and 22-year-old Marvin Jarrett (left). Larsen later turned himself in to police and was released.

The suspect arrested earlier today is believed to be Marvin Jarrett.
