SCARBOROUGH – On Saturday, March 7, 2009, Joseph Leitch, 19, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.

Now, police have arrested the second suspect in the murder of Alexis Eracleous, who was shot and killed on February 10, 2009 on Antrim Cres.

Verette Andrew Jno−Baptiste, 24, of Toronto surrendered to police last Friday after his name had been released in the media.

He is charged with second-degree murder and scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, April 28th.
