Sgt. Dave Woodford of the Ontario Provincial Police says that a man has been arrested on Hwy. 401 near Birchmount after causing three different accidents.

A blue Honda CRV was seen crashing into a van on the eastbound lanes near Victoria Park Ave. It then struck another vehicle near Warden, and finally hit a third vehicle near Birchmount, causing it to rollover.

The driver was taken into custody and was looked over by paramedics on the scene.

Charges are likely to be laid for failing to remain at all three incidents.
